BZZAgent Campaign: BIC Soleil Savvy Razor

BIC(R) Soleil(R) Savvy(TM)

I was recently accepted into a new BZZAgent Campaign: the BIC Soleil Savvy Razor campaign, and I just got my BZZKit in the mail!

This was the BZZGuide and the introduction letter I received.

This is the cover of the BZZGuide. I’m going to take you through everything it says inside, because these always have some great info inside! :)

The first page is titled “What’s the Bzz?”, and it says:

“You’ve got brains, a gift for never paying full price and (we hope you don’t mind us stating the obvious) a show-stopping pair of legs. So it’s only natural you’d want an effortless way to display all three.

Enter BIC Soleil Savvy – an innovative razor that combines the convenience and priced-to-please savings of a disposable with the premium shave performance of a refillable cartridge system. In short, this shaving experience feels savvier with each stroke. Flexible blade technology and a pivoting head provide a flawlessly smooth shave.

Every Soleil Savvy package contains an easy-grip disposable handle and four replaceable, triple-blade heads. Show off your practicality and intelligence by saying no to pricey razor refills, and then show off your super-close shave to those legions of admirers. (Because we know you have them.)”

The second page is titled “Just The Facts”, and it says:

“Who says disposable razors can’t radiate quality? The savvy folks at BIC certainly don’t. Here are some of the smooth specifics you may want to know about the newest addition to the Soleil line of disposable razors:

* Each BIC Soleil Savvy package contains one disposable handle and four refillable cartridges.
* The razor’s handle includes a rubber grip for added control.
* Triple-blade heads feature flexible blade technology and lubricating strips with Vitamin E.
* Pivoting heads are made to follow a woman’s contours and provide a super-close shave.
* Available at grocery stores, drug stores and mass retailers (like Walmart) for a suggested retail price of $7.49.

Savvy ladies say no to pricey refills:
BIC Soleil Savvy cartridges are not sold separately. Simply buy a new package (complete with handle and cartridges) at the same low price when you’re finished with your current one.

The third page is titled “The Inside Scoop”, and it says:

Now that you have the secret to a close shave at the right price, check out these quick tips for getting the best results from your BIC Soleil Savvy.

Shave at night:
Shaving removes dead skin cells and the superficial layer of skin. While this process is healthy, it reduces your skin’s defenses for a couple hours. Shaving at night gives your skin time to recover its strength and suppleness to resist irritation.

Shave clean skin:
To help prevent infection and bumps, make sure your skin is perfectly clean before you shave. Apply hot water beforehand or shave after showering. Warm humidity increases skin elasticity and softens your hair, making it easier to shave.

Apply shaving cream or gel:
Use shaving cream or gel with Aloe Vera when shaving – it’s gentler on your skin than regular soap and can help lift hair. Lather the cream or gel, then leave it on for two minutes prior to shaving. Once your hair is softened, the razor will glide more easily over skin.

Use a sharp blade:
Change your blades regularly, especially, if you have sensitive skin. On sensitive areas like your bikini line and underarms, shaving with a dull blade can result in red spots.

It came with a full-size package of a razor handle and 4 cartridges.

And 10 $3 off coupons (only 6 are pictured, I gave out 4 already).

Have you guys tried these razors yet? What do you think?
