The website says: “Commemorate a decade of BECCA beauty with our Limited Edition Anniversary Palette. Teaming Crème Blush in Hyacinth with three new, get-gorgeous hues. This exclusive quad palette is a true celebration for cheeks, eyes and lips.”
The press release says: “Commemorate 10 years of BECCA beauty with our Limited Edition Anniversary Palettes. Pairing tried-and true classic shades with new, get gorgeous hues, these quad palettes are perfect for cheeks, eyes, and lips.
First Impressions: I adore these palettes. They’re very versatile and they both come with such gorgeous colors. I love using these products since they’re all cream and they blend into everything (eyes, lips, cheeks, etc) so well and easily.
Packaging: I’m kind of torn on the packaging, I love the cute little pouches these come in, and I love the containers, but the top of the container gathers fingerprints waaaay too easily. That’s really my only complaint with these products. But, the pouches make up for it, IMHO, because I can keep them in there in my makeup collection so the front of them doesn’t get dirty.
Scent: These don’t have a scent that I can notice.
Color/Pigmentation: I love the colors that are included in here, and I think the site’s descriptions describe them wonderfully. These are somewhat sheer, the swatches above were one swipe. But, they do have good color-payoff with just a couple more swipes:)
Staying Power: These are cream products, so you do have to keep in mind that they do crease without a primer, but these actually last a few hours. I was very impressed.
Details on Mine: These two were PR samples (though that does not alter my opinion or this review in any way), and I definitely would have purchased them myself anyways. I have a couple of other BECCA products and I think that they are all really good quality. They are both full-size.
Other Shades: These limited edition anniversary palettes come in Dusty Rose and Vintage Jewel.
