I was sent a green bobble* to review. This thing is seriously cool.
Before you use the bobble for the first time, you’re supposed to clean the filter. On the back of the packaging, there are 3 simple instructions on how to do this.
Step 1: Before use, fill bobble with water.
Step 2: Gently squeeze 18oz/533ml of water through filter. Carbon dust will appear in the first rinse.
So, when I did this, the first couple squirts of water were literally black. It was kinda weird, but I guess that’s what it supposed to happen.
Step 3: Replace filter after 2 months or 40 gallons/150 litres. Please recycle.
I’m really excited to take this with me to the gym and no longer have to worry about poor-quality water fountains! Stay tuned for an update! :)
